True Anointing is in the Character of God December 17, 2007

True anointing is in the character of God. There are a lot of ministers who try to mask the anointing with talent, living how they want and then using their talent to sing, preach or whatever. This never lasts, because it is not true anointing. It never actually has the impact that is desired, because only the anointing breaks the yoke. It isn’t about good singing or good preaching. It’s the anointing. We must desire to live the character of God. Anointing can only come from God. It cannot come from within ourselves, but must come from God alone.

How true. If a person is ‘prayed up’ and full of the Holy Ghost and power, even being in the same room with this person will cause demons to manifest. A simple ‘Jesus is Lord’ spoked under the power of the unction of the Spirit can have far more devestating effects in the spiritual realm than a very well educated minister preaching from his soul. In my opinion it’s all about POWER. How much of God’s power is pouring through a person at any given time. Only genuine repentance and a ‘hungering and thirsting for righteousness’ can bring the anointing. And at all times pray in the
Spirit. Praying in the Spirit as much as possible every day brings the anointing in a poweful way. The flesh hates praying the tongues and will do everything it can to have us not do it. Bleading the Blood also brings the anointing
