God’s Blessings and Sin’s Cursings December 15, 2007
The Devil has no power to originate anything, he can only manipulate what already is under the judgment of God. All sin is under God’s curse and whatever is under God’s curse is accessible to evil spirits. God’s greatest blessing abides upon the nature of Christ. Whenever we are walking as Jesus walked in love and purity of heart (mind) we are enriched and protected. God will not allow a curse to land without a cause. Sin is the landing strip in a person’s soul upon which a curse abides. God’s will is not just that we keep the commandments, but that we become more like Jesus. With Job, the Devil got permission from God. The outcome of this would serve God’s higher purposes. It would build character and humility in His servant. Satan’s power is limited to what is under God’s judgment. Satan’s power is limited to what is under God’s judgment. Satan cannot revoke what God has cursed and cannot harm what God has blessed. By God’s blessing even the desire to walk like Christ draws the father’s blessing, for such a soul is quick to repent. It’s Humility that draws grace from God. God has put a fence around the devil- only those areas of man’s heart (mind) that are already under divine judgment because of persistent sin are openly vulnerable to cursed and the effects of witchcraft.
4 Dimensions of Blessing December 15, 2007
When we first come into the dimension of blessing it starts with seeking His blessings. Then when we come to know Him more intimately we begin to seek the blesser. Once we begin to seek the blesser in His fulness, then the measure of spiritual or earthly blessings become secondary. All that matters is being around the blesser, because now the blesser has become the blessing. Once the blesser becomes the blessing, its not about how much He can bless us, but how much we can bless Him. It’s the dimension of putting yourself aside and start blessing the blesser. When you bless the blesser He is blessed, you are blessed, others are blessed, this house shall be called blessed!
