God is in control of our lives and will not allow external circumstances thwart his ultimate will for our lives. There was nothing special about the individual spices, but when they were mixed together under the direction and obedience of God it created a holy anointing oil. All of life’s situations though by themselves don’t make sense, but when mixed together they create a sweet anointing before the Lord.
