True anointing is in the character of God. There are a lot of ministers who try to mask the anointing with talent, living how they want and then using their talent to sing, preach or whatever. This never lasts, because it is not true anointing. It never actually has the impact that is desired, because only the anointing breaks the yoke. It isn’t about good singing or good preaching. It’s the anointing. We must desire to live the character of God. Anointing can only come from God. It cannot come from within ourselves, but must come from God alone.

The messenger of God not only speaks from God, but speaks to the condition of its hearers.  Preaching is a gift, you need time spending and exercising the gift in order to perfect it.
